All Items are sold as blanks. This means that you will be required to paint and/or finish these products yourself. Some assembly may be required. All pictures of finished items are examples for inspiration and individual results may vary depending on skill and products used.

Shipping price is calculated by the United States Postal Service. Blessed Woodworks may at it's discretion and without notice choose to ship your package with USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex. 

Many of the items that we sell are cut by hand, therefore there may be slight variations in the actual product. 

Product measurements listed are from longest point to longest point of the piece. For instance if you order an ice cream cone, the measurement would be vertical. If you order a piece of fruit with a leaf attached the leaf would be included in the measurement. 

Shipping times may vary depending on the size of your order and the rate in which orders are received. In stock items usually ship in 1 to 2 business days. However, if your order also contains items that are cut to order your in stock items will be held back so the order in it's entirety will be shipped together. Hand cut and laser cut items on average ship in 2 to 4 weeks. Special orders may take longer. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us and every effort will be made to accommodate a reasonable request.

Once an order is shipped it is out of our hands. If you notice that your order hasn't moved you may contact the appropriate carrier directly. After doing so please reach out to us if the carrier is unable to assist you and we will attempt to assist you. If your package is lost we will at our discretion either reship your order or refund your order. However, we must follow the guidelines laid out by the carrier so we can file a claim to be reimbursed. I know the process can be frustrating, but we will work with you every step of the way.

If your order arrives damaged. Please take pictures of the outside of the box especially any damage to the box, take a picture of the label and any items that are damaged inside. Please email the pictures along with your name and order number to: Customerservice@blessedwoodworks.org
